Dressmaker in Hanoi

We are staying in Hanoi on and off for 1 month and I want a couple of my favourite dresses copied (I have the material) while my husband wants a linen suit made. Can anyone suggest a good dressmaker and or tailor?

There are two that I have used consistently now for over 10 years: 1) Duc Loi on Hang Gai, and 2) Co on Nha Tho. Both are in the Hoan Kiem area. I've used several others throughout the years but keep going back to these two.
